Beginning on March 2, 2021, Duo multi-factor authentication will be required for all UCI Office 365 accounts. Using Duo will strengthen security when accessing your UCI Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 services. UCI also has a separate, large central computing support organization called the UCI Office of Information Technology. UCI uses a distributed computer support model, with many central services supported directly by OIT and additional support for school-specific needs provided by the Engineering Computing Support team. You can contact OIT. Staff at BioSci can access their email by setting up Microsoft Exchange on Outlook on either a PC, MAC or mobile device. Alternatively, staff can access email via Office 365 by going to outlook.com/uci.edu. UCI Office 365/Exchange on Outlook for Windows UCI Office 365/Exchange on Outlook for the Mac. YouTube Spam Collection: It is a public set of comments collected for spam research. It has five datasets composed by 1,956 real messages extracted from five videos that were among the 10 most viewed on the collection period. Beijing PM2.5 Data: This hourly data set contains the PM2.5 data of US Embassy in Beijing. To login to Office 365 go to http://www.ucc.ie/o365 with your @ucc.ie email address and password.

If you recently changed your Office 365/Exchange password, you need to go through the following steps to enter the new password on your computers & mobile devices.
If you use ES Mail or UCI Gmail, please use these instructions to update your devices after a password change instead.
- ES Mail (Webmail) - Updating computers and mobile devices after a password change.

Normally when your Office 365/Exchange password is changed or reset, you will be prompted for the new password the next time you open your email client and it attempts to connect to the server, as well as when you try to send a message. You can also be proactive and update your Office 365/Exchange password by doing the following.
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook for the PC
- Open Outlook and you should be prompted for the new password right away. (If not, it may take a few minutes before the box will appear).
- In the Windows Security dialog box that appears, make sure the username field is in the format UCInetID@ad.uci.edu. If you're unable to edit the username field, select Use Another Account, and in the new window you should be able to modify the username.
- Enter your new password and then check the box to Remember my credentials.
Outlook for the Mac
- Select the Tools menu and then click Accounts.
- In the right pane under Server information, enter a new password in the Password box.
- Near the bottom click the More Options button.
- Make sure the Authentication is set to Use Incoming Server Info and then click OK.
- Close the Accounts window to save the new password.
iOS
iOS (iPhone, iPad)
- Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap on your UCI Account.
- You'll see a message stating there was a problem accessing your account. Please reenter the password for... Below that message, tap the link Re-enter Password.
- Enter your new password and tap Next. Your new password has now been saved.
- Tap the Home button and check your email. New messages should appear shortly.
Android

- Tap on Settings and then tap Accounts.
- Tap on Exchange and then tap on Account Settings.
- Tap on your email address (UCInetID@ad.uci.edu).
- Swipe to the bottom and tap on Incoming Settings.
- Delete your old password and then enter your new password.
- Tap Done. Your new password has been saved, and new email should now appear shortly.

- Open Apple Mail and try sending a message. When you click Send, you will see a popup window asking you for your password.
- Enter your new password and then click Next. This will send the email, as well as update Apple Mail with your new password.

If you don't receive that prompt, you can also edit your password using this approach.

- Go to System Preferences and select Internet Accounts.
- Select your Exchange account on the left and the select the Details... button in the upper right.
- Delete and then re-enter your new password, then tap OK.
- Close the System Preferences window and you're done. New email will arrive shortly.
