Hi, I'm having an issue trying to play a game (Far Cry Primal) that my brother bought. We both have Steam accounts that are linked through Steam Family Sharing, which means that we can access each others' Steam libraries, and make separate save files on each others' games.
He installed Uplay and made an account to play the game, and it works fine. But when I login to my own Steam account, and my own Uplay account, Uplay says there is trouble authenticating ownership of the product.
I then tried logging in on my Steam account, and then his Uplay account, and still no luck, same error message. Finally, he just let me use both his Steam and his Uplay and told me to just make a new game separate from his -- but this turned out not to be an option, it would overwrite his progress.
He really wants me to try it, and I do too! Is there such a thing as allowing both of us to play the same copy of a game, on the same computer, but with separate Steam and Uplay accounts, and separate save files?

How To Add Accounts To Steam Family

Steam Family Library Sharing allows family members and their guests to play one another's games while earning their own Steam achievements and saving their own game progress to the Steam Cloud. If you are having trouble using Family Sharing, please review our Family. Steam Family Sharing is a feature of the Steam Client for PC and Mac, that allows users to share their games with another account while they're not actively playing. If you want to know more about Family Sharing go to Steam's official Homepage. To enable Family View: Log into the Steam account your child will use. Click the Steam menu in the top menu bar. Open the Settings option. Go to the 'Family' tab on the left side of the window that opens. Click “Family View” to start the Family View wizard.
